Can withstand multiple sterilizations, just wash and reuse! Great for spawn jars. They can be easily adapted to contain a "filter" by drilling a 1/4in hole in the lid and stuffing it with tightly wound polyfil or synthetic pillow stuffing. Works wonders when used with our synthetic filter discs.
