During harvest, our truffle gatherers do not differentiate between large or small truffles. Because the smallest truffles are as delicious and valuable as the large, we have developed a special method of preservation to assure that these delectable truffles retain their delicate and unique flavor.

Use in any recipe whole. Slice or dice as needed.
