Our mushroom flavored vinaigrette is made from canola oil infused with the Maple (Candy) Cap mushroom (Lactarius fragilus). The wonderful maple walnut flavor it imparts makes it excellent for salads, dipping or as a marinade.

Ingredients: Canola Oil flavored with Candy Cap Mushrooms, cider vinegar, water, herbs, spices, garlic, sea salt and citric acid.
