Roasted Maitake Mushroom


Roasted Maitake Mushroom

Oven Temp: 375 degrees


2 - 10oz Maitake mushrooms

1 teaspoon Garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper

Olive oil


Cut out the middle of the mitake mushroom to make a bowl shape in the middle (be careful to not split the maitke mushroom)

In a small bowl combine garlic salt and Cracked pepper, then evenly coat both Mushrooms

Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over mushrooms just to coat.

Take mushrooms and place in foil to make a steam bag.

Place in oven @ 375 degrees and cook for 15 minutes.

Once cooked take mushrooms out of foil very carefully not to split the mushroom.

Then in the middle of the mushroom bowl you can add a cup of stuffing and pour gravy over it then serve.
